Attention to the heirs of the owner of the sole proprietorship!
Do you know what action need to be taken if the owner has passed away?
According to Rule 7(1) of the Registration of Business Rules 1957, if the business owner of the sole proprietorship has passed away, his or her personal representative or next-of-kin shall file a notice of termination in Form C.
