Attention to all taxpayers:
Following the latest announcement dated 05/01/2026, the Government has agreed to extend the interim relaxation period for Phase 4 taxpayers (with an annual turnover up to RM5 million) from 6 months to 12 months.
Furthermore, taxpayers in the wholesale and retail of construction materials sector are now permitted to issue Consolidated E-Invoice effective from 01/01/2026.
