Starting from July 2026, participation in the Non-Employment Injury (NEI) Scheme is optional for local employees.
Follow the steps below to declare whether you would like to continue participating in the scheme.
✅ Log in to the Lindung PERKESO portal.
✅ Click on “New Application”.
✅ Select whether you would like to participate in the scheme.
✅ Review and submit your declaration.
✅ Download and keep the declaration form for your records.
📌 Alternatively, you may complete the manual declaration form and submit it to your employer for processing.
