Attention to all taxpayers!
Effective from year of assessment 2025, submission of specific documents through MITRS will be implemented in stages, starting with Company and Limited Liability Partnership (LLP).
It is mandatory to submit the required documents as stipulated under Section 82B of the Income Tax Act 1967 to the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (LHDN).
